OHI was formed in January 2006 by our CEO Priyankar Baid, an IIT-ISB Alumnus (a leading Top 25 Global Business School) with valuable management consulting experience in India's largest business group-Tata's. He created a core team of senior and middle management professionals with vast experience (ranging from four to ten years) in outsourcing particularly in Finance and Accounting outsourcing (FAO) services.
